WHAT IS OUR sAFETY & RESCUE DAY?
Learn how to stay safe on the water
This year we will be running a one day Safety and Rescue course that is for people who want to feel confident about keeping themselves and others safe on the water.
LEARN NEW SKILLS & BUILD CONFIDENCE
We have put this course together so that you can feel more confident that when you are heading out on your SUP you know you have the right kit, you have checked the conditions and you know that you are paddling somewhere which is within your capabilities.

After this course you should feel confident to understand your kit and the environment you choose to paddle in, have basic safety and rescue skills.
1 day COURSE
The course will be run over 1 day throughout the season. We will run this course at our sheltered flat water locations.
